Shaken not Stirred

For the final day of DS43’s dashboard week, the team is required to make me a cocktail, only joking (maybe at 5:30pm), but the data set is based on cocktails. 

The team said they wanted to have different skills to focus on, and so far this week they’ve done SQL, Power BI & Tableau. Today they have the option to choose which software they use between Alteryx and Power Query and then Tableau and Power BI.

The standard requirements for today are no different than normal, here are the finer requirements: 

• Scrape the website, The Cocktail DB, to get ALL cocktails, ingredients, tags and methods (NOTE: even though there is an API, you should use HTML first and then the API, as the API only delivers 25 per page)
• Visualise the Data in the tool of their choice

You should present your:

• Plan, Scope and Sketch
• Data Preparation, including pain points.
• Visualisations
