Christopher holds a First Class Honours BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex. His degree focused on International Trade and Macroeconomics, with a dissertation focusing on FDI in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Christopher's passion for data stems from his interest in numbers, where as a child we would sit at the TV and work out various cricket statistics in his mind and relay them to his parents. This fueled his interest in statistics, economics and the most recent iteration, data. During the dissertation writing process, the importance and power of data to tell a story and convey insights with intuitive visualisation and presentation became apparent, and lead to his application here at The Data School.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys running, watching most sports, as well as reading books from economics to eccentric fiction.
