Emma graduated with a history degree from Loughborough University in 2019. After graduating, Emma worked as a sales adviser whilst deciding which career path she would like to follow. The analytical nature of her degree was something she greatly enjoyed and this inspired her to find a career that would incorporate this skill into her work, this is where she decided to look for roles in analytics. As someone that greatly enjoys learning new skills and problem solving, applying for the Information Lab was the perfect opportunity for Emma to enter a career in data despite not having a technical background.
In her spare time Emma greatly enjoys dancing and playing the cello and piano. She also enjoys exploring nature and travelling.
