Gerard Najarro

Gerard is a Data Analytics Consultant at The Information Lab who believes the best data solutions start with clear communication and with understanding the problem before the data. At the International Rescue Committee, he supported data operations by managing client data, building dashboards, and automating reporting workflows for the staff who depended on them.

He holds a master’s in Data Science from Eastern University and a master’s in Education from Rutgers. After years teaching in schools and hospitals across New Jersey, he developed a knack for breaking down complex ideas for diverse audiences, a skill that translates directly into data work.

Outside of work, Gerard enjoys reading, running, and attending West Coast Swing events when he can.
