Janina Grauel

Janina studied Fashion Design and spent 15 years in the international fashion industry. In her various roles, she was responsible for global projects in Sales, Operations, and Sustainability. Through this extensive experience in a corporate environment, she developed a deep understanding of how data-driven decisions impact large-scale business operations and strategic processes.

Her interest in the technical side of analysis led her to specialize in Data Science. Before joining the Data School, Janina worked as an instructor at a coding school in Berlin, where she taught Python, SQL, and Tableau. This experience refined her ability to communicate complex technical concepts and insights to diverse audiences.

In her free time, she practices developing interactive data visualizations with D3.js or can be found anchoring on a lake in Brandenburg with her 100-year-old boat, "Martha."
