This experience sparked her curiosity about how data can inform business decisions and led her to pursue a career in analytics.
Since moving into data analytics, Kaori has worked on projects across several industries.
Developed a Tableau dashboard for a life sciences company to monitor promotional code performance and assess campaign effectiveness.
Built a repeatable data preparation process in Alteryx to identify duplicate records and improve data quality for a law firm
Created an interactive Power BI engagement tool to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities in a more engaging and accessible way for an automobile company.
Supported Tableau enablement by teaching members of the public and helping them build confidence in using Tableau and data visualisation.
Kaori enjoys understanding the business question behind the data and turning it into clear, practical solutions that are accessible to different audiences.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and trying new things, with interests ranging from dance, snowboarding and surfing to yoga, tennis and playing the guitar.
