Rosh’s journey into data began in recruitment, where he worked closely with data professionals to help grow their teams—giving him a unique perspective on the industry. Before that, he studied Biological Sciences (BSc) at the University of Warwick, using tools like SPSS and MATLAB to explore gene expression across different diseases.
That early exposure to data, combined with hands-on experience in recruitment, cemented his passion for building a career in Data Analytics.
His core strength is cleaning and transforming data—no matter the tool—and he has a keen eye for turning insights into engaging, well-designed visualisations. He’s also passionate about promoting data democratisation and enabling others to confidently work with data.

Establishing data enablement practices at a major telecoms company—delivering training, creating self-paced learning paths and videos, and automating processes and centralising data sources that power dashboards.
Self-skilling and earning certifications. On top of the ones mentioned below, Rosh is also a Tableau Next Implementation Expert.
Showcasing best design practices and visual storytelling on Tableau Public, including being awarded Viz of the Day (VOTD)
Outside of work, Rosh enjoys travelling, gaming, and fundraising. A personal favourite? A seven-day road trip from London to Croatia as part of a charity fundraiser.
He’s currently levelling up his data engineering skills by diving deeper into SQL, Snowflake, and dbt.
