Rosh’s journey into data began in recruitment, where he partnered with data professionals to help grow their teams—giving him a unique perspective on the industry. Before that, he studied Biological Sciences (BSc) at the University of Warwick, using tools like SPSS and MATLAB to explore gene expression across different diseases.
Today, Rosh is focused on data and analytics infrastructure, building clean, structured pipelines through SQL, data modeling, and transformation. He enjoys exploring new tools, cloud integrations and connecting systems end-to-end.
Some recent work includes:
Data enablement at a major telco. Delivered ~80 training videos and trained ~300 employees. Set up doctor sessions, weekly Tableau challenges, and a gamified dashboards to drive adoption. Optimised dashboards with 8 automated data sources, cutting refresh times by 99%.
Finance analytics at a leading healthcare provider. Designed and delivered an end-to-end Power Automate, Alteryx, and Azure solution, reducing a 3-month manual process to a 7-hour RPA-ETL workflow. Enabled monthly, multi-million-pound reporting for the first time.
Outside of work, Rosh enjoys travelling, running, and gaming- with a personal favourite being a seven-day road trip from London to Croatia as part of a charity fundraiser.
