The challenge was to prep the loss-adjusted vegetable availability data and create a dashboard.
The first challenge was to understand the data and how they built the initial chart.

Then I started looking at how they built the initial chart, I explored the value they got for potatoes
They have 5 colours for different categories and this can be seen from the worksheets tab.
Looking at the fresh potatoes tab, the capita availability adjusted for loss for 2019, we get a value of 22.8
Which is our value on the chart for fresh potatoes.
The next task was to sketch the project
The initial plan was to Union all the worksheets and pivot the categories, then build a dashboard with different parameters and filters.

Took a lot of time to understand the data which meant I had less time on data prep and building the dashboard.
Not all the field names were the same for the different sheets so I had to merge some fields.
Didn't have enough time to make the calculations future proof.
