Day 2 as PM a continuation of the mini series.

My main focus was to work with the forecasting team to try help find correlations within this large dataset. To help the team I created all the hyper files they needed for the 6 different stations. This meant they were able to create the graphs to see if there were any correlations. While the team was working on this I decided to start making the presentation for Friday.

For me this half day had the most scheduled meetings with the external clients. I believe in total we had three meetings in the afternoon. This was really useful as  we were able to speak to other members of the team and how they worked with ULDs. This was very insightful and gave us the information to help with the forecasting team.

Next Steps (this will be on the Friday before presentations): Final formatting for the actions dashboards, For the forecasting team due to the correlations not being found we plan to show what we have done and how we would have gone further. I also need to finalize a few key things to the presentation ready for the team to practice. I aim to help the team with the formatting so that they have time themselves to practice for the presentation and not to be worrying about the small details.

I have enjoyed myself as project manager and so far I believe I have helped the team as well as try challenge myself to take on this leader role. I have also tried to be as professional as I can with the client. However, on Friday I will try make further conversation with the client before the recording of our presentation starts as the one thing I did not do great was introducing the team within the kick off call.
