This blog will be covering the learning service know as trailhead. It will cover what this is, who can use it and how you can overcome a challenge.

So what is Trailhead?

The reason I used this quote is because Trailhead is part of sales force which puts the learner at the center of the focus. Trailhead allows to try learn complexed topics in bite-sized sections to try make easy.

This allows online learning which even includes hands-on elements, such as projects and challenges so you can practice as you go in a free instance. It uses a story telling basis to pass the knowledge on. The challenges have sections you read with  a multiple-choice quiz or challenge to test your new skills. These quizzes and challenges earn you points and badges that display on your trailblazer profile.

In a 2020 study more than 50% of Trailhead learners reported they had gained skills that resulted in a promotion or a raise at their current company.-

Anyone with an internet connection who’s ready to take their skills to the next level, they can simply sign up for a free Trailhead account (no Salesforce CRM account is needed).
