Overview
This phase of the project focused on refining the planning and design of a Power BI report to analyse customer complaints related to insurance claims. Two key visual design drafts were developed previously — a conceptual Design Sketch and a detailed Technical Sketch — both aligned with the client's objectives and grounded in real complaint data which was then utilised for the final report.
